This BBQ rub boasts big garlic and pepper flavour, but still has great finishing balance.

This rub was created at the last minute to win a brisket ribbon at the American Royal World Series of BBQ.

The Sweet Swine O’ Mine Team has won Memphis in May World Champions: 2009, 2013 and World Pork Shoulder Champions: 2005, 2008, 2009, 2013.

Use On: Beef, Brisket, Ribs, Fish, Chicken, and of course, Pork.

Ingredients: Salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices including chilli powder, cane sugar, paprika, mustard seed, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, sodium diacetate, celery seed, caramel colour, citric acid, natural flavour, extractives of paprika (colour), and not more that 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking
