After a visit to a smokehouse during a holiday in the USA, we became intrigued by the world of American BBQ. The flavours, the process, the passion that people had for this way of cooking, it was captivating because it was a whole way of life and culture we had never experienced, and we loved it! When we arrived home we started to experiment with this type of cooking for our friends and family.
