Cherry Bourbon takes Bulldozer's fresh-and-tasty theme as far as it'll go. Like everything they make, it's produced by the family in their professional kitchen in Victoria's Yarra Valley, using local Australian produce and 50 years of American barbecue experience. If you want the best-quality smoky-sweet sauce you can buy, this is it.
The flavour
Sweet from fresh cherries grown locally and in NSW. Smoky from a touch of hickory. Rich and dark from Queensland molasses and brown sugar, all blended with spices, quality American bourbon and tomatoes grown along the Murray River. No corn syrup anywhere. It reads sweet and fruity up front, deepens into molasses and bourbon through the middle, and finishes with a gentle waft of hickory smoke. No chilli heat.
How to use it
- Glaze pork or beef ribs in the final stretch of the cook
- Mop over a brisket for a sweet, smoky bark
- Stir through pulled pork
- Brush onto chicken pieces on the grill
- Squeeze over burgers — or even a barbecue-sauce pizza
In the bottle
A deep, dark, glossy pour with proper body — thick enough to cling and shine on a rib. Sweet cherry and molasses lead, bourbon and hickory sit underneath. No heat. Comes in a 500ml squeeze bottle.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear evidence of the fault or damage, so we can expedite your request efficiently.
