Shipping Policy

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand.

Within Australia, shipping is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed and are typically shipped the next business day. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

As a general guide from our base in Melbourne, once your order has been dropped off with Australia Post:

- NSW / VIC: 1–3 business days

- QLD, SA / TAS: 2–4 business days

- WA / NT: 5+ business days

- New Zealand: 6+ business days

These are estimates only — regional deliveries and factors outside our control, like weather, can affect timing.
