Chilli con Carnage is the hot half of Bulldozer's chilli con carne pair. Same 16-spice backbone, same Ranch Hand Foods pedigree from Cliff — the Missouri-born, Texas-trained cook behind Bulldozer BBQ — but this time habanero steps in to turn the heat right up. Tip it into a pot of fresh ingredients and you get an intensely flavourful, seriously spicy bowl of the famous Texas stew.
The flavour
A blend of 16 spices carrying deep, savoury Tex-Mex flavour, with habanero doing the heavy lifting on heat. It's hot and it means it — but the flavour holds its own underneath the fire, so you get more than just burn. Prefer to keep it gentle? Its milder twin, Chilli con Carnavale, has all the flavour without the heat.
How to cook with it
- Brown your mince or beef, stir the seasoning through and simmer into a fiery chilli con carne
- Beans or no beans — either way works
- Swap in lentils for a spicy vegan pot
- Fire up a Tex-Mex mince for nachos, tacos or burritos

A fragrant, chilli-forward Tex-Mex blend in a shaker container with a 3-way pour spout. Spicy hot on the heat scale — start light and build to taste.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
