Chilli con Carnavale is Bulldozer's mild take on the great Texas stew. It comes from Cliff, the Missouri-born, Texas-trained cook behind Bulldozer BBQ, as part of his Ranch Hand Foods Mexican range. Tip it in with a few fresh ingredients and you've got an incredibly flavourful pot of chilli con carne without the sweat — the mild one that keeps everyone at the table happy.
The flavour
A blend of 16 spices, built around mild chillies, that layers deep, savoury Tex-Mex warmth without tipping into hot. It's punchy and aromatic rather than fiery — the flavour of a proper long-simmered chilli, ready to go. Want more fire? Reach for its spicy sibling, Chilli con Carnage.
How to cook with it
- Brown your mince or beef, stir the seasoning through and simmer into a classic chilli con carne
- Beans or no beans — your call; it works either way
- Go meat-free with lentils for a cracking vegan pot
- Stir into a Tex-Mex mince for tacos, nachos or burritos

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
