"What do you spritz your ribs with?" It's the question asked over and over on barbecue forums everywhere. Bulldozer spent 20-plus years developing their own answer, then decided to bottle it — and reckon nobody else in Australia or the US is offering anything quite like it. It's a spray-on marinade that keeps your meat moist and layers in flavour with every pass.
The flavour
A sweet, mild blend of premium vinegars, Australian fruit juices, garlic, ginger and spices. The whole point of low-and-slow is letting the meat drink in smoke and flavour as it cooks — so why not keep adding it? Sweet and tangy, gently spiced, with no chilli heat. It's been described as good enough to drink straight — butcher-shop staff have been caught doing exactly that.
How to use it
- Spray your meat before it goes on, then every 20–30 minutes through the cook
- Keep ribs, pork and brisket moist during a long smoke
- Use as a final flavour boost just before serving
- Spritz over any BBQ cut that's drying out
- Mist onto veg on the grill

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
