BBQ Mafia’s Birria Taco Broth Base is your shortcut to restaurant-style birria at home. Mix it with beef and slow-cook to a rich, deep-red consomme with tender shredded meat — the base for dip-and-crisp quesabirria tacos that taste like you spent all day on them.
The flavour
Deep, savoury and beefy up front, warm dried-chilli and spice through the middle, finishing rich and moreish. All the complexity of a long-simmered birria, from one bottle.
How to use it
- Mix with beef (chuck or shin) and water, then slow-cook until the meat shreds and the broth turns deep red.
- Shred the beef, dip tortillas in the fatty consomme and crisp them on a hot pan for quesabirria.
- Serve a bowl of consomme on the side for dipping.
- Spoon the broth over rice or noodles for a quick, rich bowl.
- Rogue move: use the leftover consomme as the base of a killer beef ramen.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
