Hawaiian Mustard Sauce Mild is Cobra Chilli's tropical mustard condiment — all-natural, made with 82% Australian ingredients, and built without a drop of artificial yellow colouring. It's for anyone after a sweet-and-tangy mustard sauce with genuine tropical fruit character instead of the usual bright-yellow food-colouring shortcut.
The flavour
Fresh pineapple and lime hit first — bright, sweet and properly tropical — riding over a classic tangy mustard seed base. A hint of fresh ginger and fresh Jalapeño chilli brings gentle warmth through the middle, with turmeric and pepper carrying it into a warm, savoury finish. Mild heat, big flavour.
How to use it
- Glaze a ham straight through the oven or off the barbie
- Baste grilled pork skewers or pork belly bites
- Spread onto a chicken burger in place of standard mustard
- Brush over grilled pineapple rings alongside pork or prawns
