Built to Cling to Every Wing
Kickin' Chicken is Cobra Chilli's answer to the thin, runny wing sauces that slide straight off and pool at the bottom of the bowl. This one is ghee-based, not butter-based, and built thick on purpose — it grabs onto wings and stays there. Ninety-one per cent Australian ingredients, a proper habanero kick, and enough body to work as a coating, a dip or a marinade.
The flavour
It opens buttery and rich from the ghee, backed by a tangy tomato base. The middle carries fresh garlic, onion, mustard and paprika doing the classic buffalo-style savoury work. Then the fresh Habanero builds steadily through the back half — a genuine hot finish, not a token one.
How to use it
- Toss wings in it straight out of the fryer or oven
- Serve as a dip alongside chicken tenders or hot chips
- Brush it on as a glaze while chicken finishes on the grill
- Marinate raw chicken pieces in it before cooking
