White Magic BBQ Sauce Medium is Cobra Chilli's take on the Alabama White BBQ Sauce — a mayonnaise-style condiment that's been slathering smoked chicken across the American South since 1925. Built here with sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar and aquafaba (chick pea brine) instead of egg, and given proper heat with fresh Yellow Scotch Bonnet chilli, it's the sauce for anyone who wants their BBQ sauce creamy and their chicken loud.
The flavour
Tangy apple cider vinegar and bright lemon juice lead the way over a rich, creamy sunflower oil base, with garlic and onion powder rounding out the savoury middle. Fresh Scotch Bonnet chilli brings a genuine medium heat with its own fruity edge, while horseradish powder and fenugreek seed add a slow, warming finish that keeps you coming back for more.
How to use it
