Sweet fig paste slow-cooked with Grampians Estate Mafeking Shiraz — the wine doesn't just flavour it, it deepens it, giving the fig a rounder, more grown-up finish.
Perfect on: This one exists for blue cheese — cut a wedge, add a spoonful of paste, done. Equally happy on a cracker with brie or melted into a pan sauce for pork.
In the jar: A dark purple-brown paste, dense and spreadable, sweet with a rich winey depth running through it.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
