Brinjal (eggplant) pickled the Goan way — mustard oil, whole spice and real chilli, cooked down into a dark, pungent, properly hot kasundi. Not for the faint-hearted.
Perfect on: curry night, dhal, grilled meats, or stirred through rice.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
