Rich, nutty korma — built for slow-cooked lamb
A creamy, aromatic korma curry paste — toasted nut, coconut and warm whole spice cooked down into a rich base. Despite the name, works just as well with chicken or veg.
Perfect on: lamb shoulder or shanks, slow-simmered until falling apart — finish with cream or yoghurt.
In the jar: pale golden-brown, thick and creamy-looking paste. Heat: medium — real, warming chilli kick beneath the nutty sweetness.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
