Aquadesiac started life for kai moana (seafood) and then took a tasty tangent. Now this punchy, Southeast-Asian-inspired blend from Stef the Maori slaps tastebuds on everything from surf to turf to the veggie patch. Citrusy, salty, savoury and a little mischievous — the flavour wing-woman your barbie didn't know it needed.
The flavour
Bright and zesty up front — lime powder and sea salt hit first, clean and coastal. The middle runs savoury and umami-rich, then nori seaweed lends a gentle briny, oceanic depth on the finish. Fresh, tangy and moreish, with just enough warmth from the spice blend to keep it interesting.
How to cook with it
- Dust over prawns or fish fillets just before they hit a hot grill
- Toss through calamari rings before a quick flash-fry
- Season chicken skewers or pork belly for a zesty, coastal twist
- Shake over grilled corn, or steak, for surf-and-turf flair
In the shaker
A pale, fine-to-medium blend flecked with darker nori and specks of lime. Loose and shakeable, with a fresh, saline aroma.

It started life for kai moana (seafood) but works just as well on chicken skewers, pork belly, steak and grilled veg — the citrus and nori lift anything off the grill.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
