Taippan BBQ's New Orleans Jambalaya is an all-natural, gluten-free Creole seasoning. Made in Australia.
The flavour: smoky paprika, sweet tomato and capsicum, herby thyme and oregano, with a cayenne kick. Big Creole flavour for one-pot cooking.
Perfect on: jambalaya with chicken, prawns and Andouille — also a cracking rub for white meats and seafood.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
