Taippan BBQ's Carolina BBQ Sauce takes the award-winning smoky-sweet base and loads it with Carolina Reaper. Gluten free and vegan. Made in Australia.

Ingredients: Fresh tomato, sugar, vinegar, fresh Carolina Reaper chilli (5%), fresh garlic, fresh onion, worcestershire sauce, paprika, molasses, mustard powder, sea salt, white pepper.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Reaper Burnt Ends
Bark, bite and a heat you'll be telling stories about.
You'll need: 2kg beef brisket point; 3 tbsp beef rub; ¼ cup Carolina BBQ Sauce; ¼ cup honey; 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Do this:
- Rub the point all over and smoke at 120°C for 5–6 hours until it reaches about 74°C and the bark is set.
- Cut into 3cm cubes and tip into a foil tray.
- Mix the sauce and honey, pour over the cubes, sprinkle with sugar and toss.
- Cover and cook another 1½ hours until probe-tender around 95°C, then uncover for 15 minutes to get sticky.
Why it works: Cutting the sauce with honey keeps the reaper heat in check while the glaze caramelises.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
