A taste of the Med
Taippan BBQ's Mediterranean Magic is a bright, herby rub for chicken, fish and veg. All-natural, made in Australia.
The flavour: fragrant rosemary and thyme, zesty lemon peel, sweet fennel and coriander, with a whisper of chilli. Fresh, aromatic and summery.
Perfect on: roast and grilled chicken, fish, lamb, haloumi and roast vegetables.

Ingredients: Sea salt, sugar, rosemary, black pepper, lemon peel, chilli flakes, coriander seed, fennel seed, thyme.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Mediterranean Lamb Meatballs
Little flavour bombs with a Mediterranean passport.
You'll need: 500g lamb mince; 1 egg; ½ cup breadcrumbs; 1½ tbsp Mediterranean Magic; 1 tbsp olive oil.
Do this:
- Mix the mince, egg, breadcrumbs and rub with your hands until just combined.
- Roll into about 20 walnut-sized balls and brush with oil.
- Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning often, until browned and 71°C in the centre.
Why it works: The sugar and herbs in the rub caramelise on the outside while the meatball stays juicy.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
