Taippan BBQ's Oaxaca is a mild, all-natural smoky-sweet BBQ sauce made with fresh jalapeño. Gluten free and vegan. Made in Australia.

Ingredients: Fresh tomato, sugar, vinegar, fresh jalapeño chilli (5%), fresh garlic, fresh onion, worcestershire sauce, paprika, molasses, mustard powder, sea salt, white pepper.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Weeknight Oven Ribs
No smoker? No problem. Nobody needs to know.
You'll need: 1 rack pork baby back ribs, about 1.2kg; 2 tbsp pork rub; ½ cup Oaxaca BBQ Sauce; 2 tbsp apple juice.
Do this:
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and coat with the rub.
- Wrap tightly in foil with the apple juice and bake at 150°C for 2½ hours until the bones wiggle.
- Unwrap, brush generously with the sauce and bake uncovered at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, brushing once more halfway.
Why it works: Foil keeps the ribs moist while they go tender; the hot finish sets the sauce sticky.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
