Chicken Injection / Brine is the competition-tested Butchers Axe answer to dry poultry. Use it as an injection for whole birds and turkeys, or a brine for breasts, and it drives moisture and savoury flavour deep into the meat so it comes off the smoker succulent right through. No more sad, stringy breast — just juicy, seasoned poultry every time.
The flavour
A clean, savoury poultry-friendly profile built to boost moisture and season from within without overpowering the natural chicken flavour. It dissolves smoothly into liquid for injecting or brining.
How to cook with it
- As an injection: dissolve the powder into your chosen liquid and pump evenly through a whole chook or turkey.
- As a brine: dissolve into water and soak breasts or thighs before cooking.
- Rest the treated bird in the fridge before it goes on the heat.
- Smoke or roast, then finish the skin with Scout or Gyros for a full flavour hit.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
