Pinch Dat Tail Suck Dat Head is Heavenly Hell's multi-award-winning Cajun BBQ rub — spice, funk and Louisiana soul in every shake. Named for the way you eat a proper crawfish, it's built for a seafood boil, a tray of prawns or a Cajun-spiced chook, and it brings a genuine, building medium heat.
The flavour
Big and savoury with the classic Cajun line — paprika, garlic, onion and cayenne — layered over herbs and pepper. The heat builds as a warm, spicy hum rather than a searing burn, and the finish is funky, moreish and unmistakably Louisiana.
How to cook with it
- Load it into a seafood boil with prawns, crab, corn and potatoes for the full bayou experience.
- Toss prawns in it and sear hot and fast for spicy, blackened prawns.
- Rub chicken wings or thighs and grill for a Cajun-spiced crust.

For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
