Part of Meat Mitch's clever Meltdown range — a dry glaze you sprinkle on like a rub. Bourbon powder, black pepper and butter hit the meat, you cover it, and in minutes it melts into a glossy glaze. No pan, no brush, no fuss.
The flavour
Smoky-sweet bourbon and molasses with a peppery, buttery finish. Rich and rounded, no real heat.
Perfect on
Steak, chicken and fish. Sprinkle on in the last few minutes, cover, and let it turn to glaze.
How to use
Sprinkle generously onto cooked or near-cooked meat, cover for a few minutes, and it melts into a glaze.
