Where the outback meets Mexico
Taippan BBQ's Outback Fiesta is an Oz-Mex blend — smoky Mexican flavour with sweet-salty Aussie BBQ notes. All-natural, made in Australia.
The flavour: smoky chipotle and Kashmiri chilli, cumin and paprika, savoury garlic and onion, rounded with sweet tomato. Bold and moreish.
Perfect on: beef, chicken and pork, nachos, tacos and roast veg.

Ingredients: Sea salt, garlic, onion, Kashmiri chilli, paprika, cumin seed, pepper, basil, oregano, sugar, tomato, chipotle, parsley, lemon peel, thyme.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Loaded Oz-Mex Nachos
One tray, many hands, zero leftovers.
You'll need: 500g beef mince; 2 tbsp Outback Fiesta; 400g tin black beans, drained; 200g corn chips; 2 cups grated cheese.
Do this:
- Brown the mince for 6–8 minutes until cooked through to 71°C, then stir in the seasoning, beans and a splash of water and simmer 3 minutes.
- Spread half the corn chips on a tray, top with half the mince and cheese, then repeat.
- Bake at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling, then serve straight away.
Why it works: Layering twice means the bottom chips get just as much love as the top.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
