Dust it over a tray of hot wings tossed in Cobra Chilli Kickin' Chicken Wing Sauce, shower it on chips, and stir it through a pour of Atomic Chicken Blue Cheese Sauce for the cooling crew. 🏴‍☠️ Darryl's Secret: Blue Cheese Crunch Wedges

All the wing-night tang, none of the bones.

You'll need: 1kg potatoes, cut into wedges; 2 tbsp olive oil; 2 tsp Blue Cheese Seasoning; Chopped chives to finish.

Do this:

  1. Toss the wedges in oil and spread on a lined tray.
  2. Roast at 220°C for 35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  3. Shower with Blue Cheese Seasoning straight out of the oven and finish with chives.
