Stay Hot BBQ Sauce: sweet barbecue with a proper build of heat
Meat Mitch's hottest — a layered hot BBQ sauce that opens sweet, then keeps climbing. A sweet-spicy base, a bounce of jalapeño, and a finishing hit of habanero mash. Trampoline of flavour, as they say.
The flavour
Sweet tomato-molasses to start, then aged cayenne, jalapeño warmth and a habanero kick on the back end. Genuinely hot, but still balanced and barbecue-y.
Perfect on
Ribs, brisket, wings, burgers and steak — anywhere you want heat with your sweet. A killer dip for the chilli-heads.

A glossy, deep-red sauce with a serious, building heat. Hot.

Ingredients: Aged cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, water, brown sugar, sugar, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, salt, spices (including paprika and chili peppers), dehydrated onion and garlic, natural flavors, tamarind extract, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, molasses.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
