Proud Phoenix & Co's handcrafted Pork Chilli Jam is loaded with crispy pork pieces, slow-cooked with bird's eye chillies, garlic and shallots, then rounded off with raw organic honey and gluten-free tamari. Every jar ships with a 50g bag of Nobby's Spicy BBQ Pork Crackle, because more crunch is never the wrong answer.

The flavour

Sweet and savoury up front from the honey and tamari, then a deep, porky umami through the middle with roasted garlic and golden shallots. The finish is a gentle chilli glow, not a fire alarm. It's labelled Mild, so the whole table can get stuck in.
