Proud Phoenix & Co is an Australian small-batch outfit built around one idea: chilli oil should have crunch, not just heat. The range runs chilli crisps, sambals and a citrus-savoury finishing salt, all built for texture — spoonable, glossy and loaded with crispy bits, made for eggs, noodles, dumplings, rice and anything straight off the grill.

Start with the Hot Chilli Crisp Oil for everyday fire, the Mild for all the flavour with barely any burn, or the small-batch Crunchy Garlic Chilli Oil for roasted garlic and golden shallots in a smooth cold-pressed olive oil base.

Step up to the Honey Chilli Crisp for a sticky, sweet-hot glaze on ribs and wings, or go deep with the Crispy Prawn Sambal — crispy prawn, baked shallots and slow-cooked chilli layered into serious umami territory.

The genuine curveball is the Umami Salt: dehydrated Australian prawns and lime zest through Himalayan pink salt, built to rim a margarita or finish grilled seafood, chips or roasted nuts. And the Coconut & Lime Sambal proves the range travels — toasted coconut and bright lime over aromatic spice.
