Taipan BBQ's Loco Lime Sunday Glaze is a fruit-forward, all-natural glaze whose zesty acidity tenderises meat and cuts through richness. Gluten free and vegan. Made in Australia.
The flavour: bright fresh lime and apple cider vinegar, sweet dried fruit, and a whisper of chilli. Tangy, sweet and refreshing.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Lime-Glazed Fish Tacos
Zesty, crunchy and gone in sixty seconds.
You'll need: 600g firm white fish fillets; 1 tbsp seafood seasoning; 4 tbsp Loco Lime Sunday Glaze; 8 small tortillas; 2 cups shredded cabbage.
Do this:
- Season the fish and cook on a hot oiled grill for 3 minutes per side until it flakes easily.
- Brush the glaze over the fish in the last minute, then break into chunks.
- Warm the tortillas, add cabbage and fish, and spoon over a little more glaze to finish.
Why it works: The tangy glaze does the job of a squeeze of lime and a sauce in one hit.
