Taippan BBQ's Bubblegum BBQ Sauce is a smoky-sweet sauce made with the unique Bubblegum 7 Pot chilli. Gluten free and vegan. Made in Australia.
The flavour: sweet, tangy BBQ with a fruity, almost floral chilli character — then a proper ultra-hot 7 Pot burn. Wild and delicious.

Ingredients: Fresh tomato, sugar, vinegar, fresh Bubblegum chilli (5%), fresh garlic, fresh onion, worcestershire sauce, paprika, molasses, mustard powder, sea salt, white pepper.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Bubblegum Bacon Cheeseburgers
Fruity, fiery and absolutely not for the faint-hearted.
You'll need: 500g beef mince; 4 rashers bacon; 4 cheese slices; 4 burger buns; 2 tbsp Bubblegum BBQ Sauce.
Do this:
- Fry the bacon until crisp and set aside.
- Roll the mince into 4 balls, smash flat on a very hot plate and cook 3 minutes, flip, add cheese and cook another 2 minutes until 71°C inside.
- Toast the buns, brush the bases with a thin layer of sauce, then stack patty, bacon and top bun.
Why it works: A thin smear spreads the chilli flavour across every bite without blowing anyone's head off.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
