This Mexican seasoning is perfect for tacos, burritos, fajitas or even adding to some avocado for a tasty guac!
It doesn't matter if it's beef, chicken fish or pork it's all going to be magic. A perfect balance of cumin, paprika and herbs with just the right amount of chilli.
We could taco-bout it all day. Instead we'll let the flavour speak for itself.
Ingredients: Cumin Powder, Cumin Seed, Coriander Powder, Bell Pepper, Paprika, Brown Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Cinnamon, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Pepper, Cayenne, Citric Acid

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Magic Mex Chicken Fajitas
Sizzle loud enough to bring the neighbours over.
You'll need: 800g chicken thigh fillets, sliced into strips; 2 capsicums, sliced; 1 onion, sliced; 2 tbsp Magic Mex; 8 tortillas.
Do this:
- Toss the chicken in a little oil and the Magic Mex and sit 15 minutes.
- Cook the capsicum and onion on a hot plate for 5 minutes until charred.
- Add the chicken and cook 6–8 minutes, until it reaches 75°C.
- Pile into warm tortillas with a squeeze of lime.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
