Bluebird "Oh Brisket" is based on the tried, tested and popular rub used at Bluebird Kitchen & Smokehouse located in South-East Queensland since 2015.

It's a salt, pepper and garlic-based rub that will help lift any burger/steak/brisket you choose.

Don't let us restrict you though - she's good on all things. Beef is just her sweet spot.
