All our sauces go through a 6-week fermentation process that gives them their distinctive depth of flavour.

A great alternative to sriracha or buffalo sauce. 

Flavour: A blend of Habanero, Guajillo and Pasilla, layers of smoke and depth with undertones of sweet mango and a few other distinctive ingredients will be sure to get your mouth watering. 

Recommended: Our original hot sauce, perfect for most meats and great with tacos.
