Lillie's Q

Lillie's Q is award-winning Southern 'cue built by Chef Charlie McKenna, a two-time Memphis in May World Barbecue Champion.

The range bottles a different sauce for every corner of the Carolinas — vinegar-sharp Eastern North Carolina, mustard-gold, and sweet-tomato Carolina — all gluten free, with no high-fructose corn syrup and no MSG.

Splash them over pulled pork and ribs to match the region you're chasing, or reach for the rub.

The standout is the Carolina Dirt rub — a Memphis in May winner in its own right, and a proper all-purpose bark builder.
