El Hacha is the Butchers Axe take on Texan-Mexican flavour — tomato, paprika and warm spice built to turn a midweek mince into a taco night worth talking about. Gringo or Tejano, it's the shake that drags your barbecue south of the border without setting anything on fire. Big flavour, easy heat.
The flavour
Spice leads — cumin-warm and earthy — with tomato powder bringing a savoury-sweet tang and paprika lending colour and gentle warmth. A touch of food acid keeps it bright, so it lands like a proper taco seasoning: bold, tangy and moreish rather than hot.
How to cook with it
- Brown beef or pork mince and stir it through heavily for instant taco or burrito filling.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
