The Trailblazer is McAdventures' own spin on sweet chilli sauce — the bottle everyone reaches for at a backyard barbecue, rebuilt with fresh jalapeño, apple and lime instead of the usual red-chilli syrup. It's green, it's bright, and it's mild enough that the kids can dip alongside everyone else.
Jalapeño gives it a clean, green heat rather than a dried-chilli burn. Apple rounds out the sweetness so it doesn't sit as sharp as a straight vinegar-chilli sauce, and lime keeps the whole thing tasting fresh rather than syrupy.
A cloudy, golden-green sauce with visible pulp and seed flecks through it — small batch rather than filtered smooth. Give it a shake before pouring.
Green Jalapeño Chilli, Lime Juice, Organic Agave Syrup, White Sugar, Water, White Vinegar, Green Apple, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
Refrigerate after opening. Always check the physical label for the current ingredient and allergen statement before serving anyone with a food allergy or intolerance.
Darryl's seen enough red sweet chilli to last a lifetime — this green one caught him off guard, in a good way. Jalapeño up front, apple to soften the landing, lime to keep it honest. Season your wings with Atomic Chicken's Charcoal Chicken Seasoning first, then finish with this, or dip straight from the bottle if Fancy Hanks' Taco Rub Seasoning is doing the work on the protein instead.
Is The Trailblazer very spicy?
No — it's mild, built to be family-friendly. There's real jalapeño heat in there, but it's gentle rather than fiery.
How is it different from regular sweet chilli sauce?
Most sweet chilli sauce is red and made from dried chilli. The Trailblazer uses fresh jalapeño, apple and lime instead, which gives it a greener colour and a fresher, less syrupy flavour.
What do I serve it with?
Anything you'd usually reach for sweet chilli sauce with — spring rolls, dumplings, fritters, chicken wings or burgers.
Do I need to refrigerate it after opening?
Yes — refrigerate after opening to keep it tasting its best.
