A warm, aromatic Bombay-style curry paste — gentle spice and real depth of flavour without any chilli burn. An easy midweek curry base the whole family can eat.
Perfect on: chicken, potato, cauliflower, or a classic Bombay aloo — simmer with a splash of water or coconut milk.
In the jar: warm golden-brown, thick paste with visible spice flecks. Heat: mild — aromatic and warming, not spicy.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Crispy Bombay Spuds
The side dish that steals the whole show.
You'll need: 1kg potatoes, cut into 3cm chunks; 2 tbsp Bombay Curry Paste; 2 tbsp oil; 1 tsp salt; Handful of fresh coriander.
Do this:
- Par-boil the potatoes for 8 minutes, drain and leave to steam dry.
- Toss with the oil and salt and roast at 220°C for 25 minutes.
- Loosen the paste with 2 tbsp water, toss through the potatoes and roast 10 more minutes until crisp at the edges.
- Scatter with coriander and serve.
Why it works: Adding the paste late keeps the spices fragrant instead of scorched.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
