Grass is the rub that finally does lamb justice, and Snow is the shaker that handles everything else on the bench. Together they cover the roast and the rest of the week, and you save 10% on the pair.
The flavour
Grass leads with fresh, herbaceous green notes over a savoury, gently sweet base — it cuts through lamb fat rather than fighting it. Snow is cleaner and rounder: balanced salt, a whisper of sweetness and a lift of oregano that makes everything taste more like itself.
How to cook with it
- Rub a lamb shoulder heavily with Grass and slow-roast until it pulls apart
- Season cutlets and chops with Grass before a fast, hot grill
- Toss the roast veg in oil and Snow so the whole tray ties together
- Coat a backstrap in Grass, sear hard, then rest for pink-in-the-middle slices
In the shakers
Grass is green-flecked with visible herbs through a fine-to-medium grind. Snow is pale, snowy-fine and free-flowing with green oregano through it. 210g and 250g shakers.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
