Smokin Hoggz BBQ Applewood All-Purpose Dry Rub

Heat Profile: Mild — a light warmth
Ingredients: Cane sugar, salt, chilli pepper, paprika, onion, spices, black pepper, cumin, natural applewood smoke flavour, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, celery seed and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
Dietary: Gluten free and no MSG, as listed by the brand's distributor. Always check the physical label for the most accurate ingredient and allergen information.

The Rub Smuggler's Verdict
🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Applewood Halloumi and Veg Skewers
Sweet, salty, smoky and on a stick.
You'll need: 250g halloumi, cut into cubes; 1 zucchini, cut into chunks; 1 red capsicum, cut into squares; 2 tbsp oil; 2 tsp Smokin Hoggz Applewood All Purpose BBQ Rub.
Do this:
- Thread the halloumi and veg onto skewers, brush with oil and dust with the rub.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes a side, until the halloumi is golden and the veg is charred at the edges.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
