Taipan BBQ's Mango Madness Sunday Glaze is a fruit-forward, all-natural glaze loaded with real mango. Gluten free and vegan. Made in Australia.
The flavour: sweet, ripe mango and dried fruit, warm spice and a gentle chilli lift. Tropical sweetness with a savoury backbone.

Ingredients: Fresh mango (31%), apple cider vinegar, sugar, dates, raisins, sea salt, garlic powder, ginger powder, caraway seed, chilli powder, cumin seed, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom seed, coriander seed, fennel seed, cloves, bay leaves, nutmeg.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Mango-Glazed Chicken Skewers
Sticky fingers are part of the deal.
You'll need: 800g chicken thighs, cut into chunks; 2 tbsp chicken rub; ½ cup Mango Madness Sunday Glaze; Soaked bamboo skewers.
Do this:
- Toss the chicken in the rub and thread onto skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning often.
- Brush with glaze for the last 4–5 minutes, turning a few times, until sticky and 75°C inside.
Why it works: Glazing at the end stops the fruit sugars catching before the chicken is cooked.
