Bakery sausage rolls, with the chutney baked right in.
You'll need: 1 sheet puff pastry; 500g sausage mince; 2 tbsp Chunky Tomato Chutney; 1 egg, beaten.
Do this:
- Mix the chutney through the mince.
- Roll it up in the pastry, cut into pieces and brush with egg.
- Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
