Hook Shot is Aaron Palmer's signature BBQ sauce — smoky and sweet, spiked with jalapeño and a slug of whiskey for depth. A gentle 2-out-of-5 kick keeps it friendly, and it clings to anything off the grill, from brisket and ribs to a late-night burger.

The flavour

Sweet, smoky tomato leads, whiskey and molasses add a boozy, caramelised depth through the middle, and a soft jalapeño warmth lingers on the finish. Rich and moreish with a gentle kick — a sauce that flatters beef and pork without stealing the show.

How to use it

  • Brush onto brisket or ribs in the last 15 minutes so the sugars glaze instead of burn.
  • Slather over a burger or pulled pork roll.
  • Use as a dipping sauce for wings, chips or sausages.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
