Sweet, spicy and crunchy all at once — caramelised chilli crisp made with Pure Peninsula Honey for a sticky, glossy finish.
Glaze ribs and wings, drizzle over fried tofu, or lift any stir-fry.
Sizes: 250ml · 500ml · 1kg.

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Air-Fryer Honey Chilli Wings
Sticky fingers are the only evidence.
You'll need: 1kg chicken wings, split; 1 tbsp chicken rub; 3 tbsp Honey Chilli Crisp; 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Do this:
- Pat the wings dry and toss with the rub.
- Air-fry at 200°C for 22–25 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and at least 75°C.
- Toss straight into a bowl with the Honey Chilli Crisp and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Why it works: Tossing while the wings are still sizzling melts the honey into a glossy coat.

Shipping
We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
