The vegetable that eats like a steak.
You'll need: 6 large field mushrooms; 3 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp Republic Garlic Butter Rub; 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
Do this:
- Brush the mushrooms with oil and season the gill side.
- Grill over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes a side, until juicy and tender.
- Scatter with parsley and serve.
