🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Sticky Honey Drumsticks
Glazed late, licked clean.
You'll need: 12 chicken drumsticks; 2 tbsp of your favourite chicken rub; 180ml Republic Honey BBQ Sauce, warmed.
Do this:
- Season the drumsticks and cook indirect at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Brush with a thin coat of sauce, cook 5 minutes, then brush again.
- Cook until the sauce is sticky and the drumsticks read at least 75°C.
