🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Butterflied Jalapeño Garlic Prawns
Garlicky, gently warm and gone in minutes.
You'll need: 1kg raw king prawns, butterflied with shells on; 40g butter, melted; 1½ tbsp Republic Jalapeño Garlic Rub; 1 lemon.
Do this:
- Brush the cut side of the prawns with butter and dust with the rub.
- Grill flesh-side up with the hood closed over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until opaque.
- Squeeze over the lemon and serve.
