🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Double Smash Burger
Crust first, sauce second, napkins third.
You'll need: 500g beef mince (about 20% fat), rolled into 8 balls; Salt and pepper; 8 slices burger cheese; 4 potato buns; 4 tbsp Republic Smash Sauce.
Do this:
- Heat a BBQ plate until screaming hot. Smash the balls thin with a heavy spatula and season.
- Cook 2 minutes until crusty, flip, add cheese and cook 1 minute more, until cooked through to 71°C.
- Stack two patties per bun and add the Smash Sauce after the smash.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
