🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Cherry Jalapeno Pulled Pork Nachos
Leftovers, promoted to the main event.
You'll need: 500g cooked pulled pork; ½ cup Cherry Jalapeno Rib Glaze; 200g corn chips; 2 cups grated cheese.
Do this:
- Warm the pulled pork in a pan with 3 tablespoons of the glaze until steaming hot, at least 75°C.
- Layer corn chips, pork and cheese in an ovenproof dish and bake at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until melted.
- Drizzle with the remaining glaze and get it to the table fast.
Why it works: Reheating the pork in the glaze gives every bite that sticky cherry finish.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
