The flavour
Front: rich, treacly fig sweetened with muscovado.
Mid: warm spiced vinegar of clove, cinnamon and allspice.
Finish: a gentle chilli warmth and a lingering black-peppercorn lift.

A glossy, dark mahogany relish, thick and genuinely sticky, with whole pieces of fig you can see and feel. Holds its shape on a knife. In the signature Tracklements glass jar.
