BEAR & BURTONS W SAUCE: Fireshire Sauce - 355ml

We added the perfectly balanced flavours of Florida-grown, mild Datil peppers to our W Sauce to give it a kick! 

Fireshire takes all the tangy, savoury, sweet, and salty flavour of our traditional W Sauce and adds a blast of heat, but not too much heat.

Add it when a dish needs some “wow”.

Fireshire is much more than just spicy Worcestershire. It has a distinctive flavour, developed from a 100-year-old family recipe, making it a versatile sauce for seasoning, cooking and marinating.
