Misty Gully Liquid Smoke Outback Campfire is manufactured in Australia from a blend of several woods for a very mellow smoke flavour, with an added highlight of caramel (vegan friendly). That caramel gives it the ability to lay down a warm, brown glaze on the surface of your food — so it works as a browning agent as well as a smoke, with a char-grilled campfire flavour.

It's slightly thicker than the hickory, so it clings and gives an even coating. Spray it on roasts before and during cooking — it's particularly good on roast chicken and for a unique finish on pork crackling — and it gives sausages and salamis a rich colour and smokey flavour. Great in sauces too.
